尚兵先生现任远东宏信有限公司副总裁，负责公司战略管理部的运营和管理，同时兼任远东宏信董事会办公室主任。 尚先生毕业后加入中国商务部，在对外投资与经济合作部门任职至1991年10月。1991年11月他加入中国驻泰国大使馆，任职至1995年8月。1995年9月，尚先生回到商务部任职至2003年。 2003至2007年期间，尚先生在重庆力帆控股有限公司担任过总裁特别助理、董事和执行董事等职位。2008年4月，尚先生加入德勤会计事务所北京分公司，任职至2010年。尚先生在政府事务和企业管理方面有超过25年的丰富经验。同时担任多家远东所属企业和被投企业董事。 尚先生于1989年7月获得四川大学英语语言与文学专业文学学士学位。

杨俊先生曾参与多项亚太地区的股权投资、结构融资、特殊机遇及企业并购重组项目，在高科技业、制造业、物流、医疗等行业有10余年的另类投资和行业经验，共完成超过30亿美元的各类交易。 加入远东之前，杨先生是亚太首家全球特殊机遇投资银行SC Lowy Financial的执行董事，也是该机构的发起人之一，负责大中华、东南亚及部分中东地区交易。SC LOWY由原德意志银行Deutsche Bank战略直投部全球及亚太区高管团队创立，杨先生也曾担任该部门高级投资经理。杨先生也曾在Agilent（原惠普仪器）、意法半导体等高科技企业担任产品研发工程师多年。 杨先生于2011年加入远东协助公司成立直投团队，负责投资部全面工作并带领团队完成超过2亿美元投资，多个项目已达到退出状态或完成部分退出。目前他代表远东参与百姓网、易宝、途虎网、贝乐、学霸君等投资标的的董事会管理。 杨先生作为新加坡政府全额奖学金获得者，毕业于新加坡南洋理工大学(电子工程系) 荣誉学士学位，并于2007年获INSEAD MBA学位，曾担任2001届新加坡NTU中国留学生会主席，受到中国国家领导人多次接见。
